Lancia Montecarlo Technical TipsSteeringQuite a few people would prefer a nicer steering wheel on their Montecarlo and hanker after an original Mono. Unfortunately the original Monos are scarce and the new ones do not look the same. I have been told that the original Monos were made by Sparco and these are still available. Apparently all you need is a Sparco steering wheel (part no 1556) and a mounting kit. This can all be bought from Grand Prix Racewear (London). What you are left with is a steering wheel that looks and feels very similar to the Mono but is branded Sparco. Sorry, but that is all the information I have at the moment. |
